Privacy Policy

Effective 22 August 2026. Last updated 22 August 2026.

This policy explains what information we collect when you visit draustincohen.com, download one of our free resources, submit a form on Facebook or Instagram, join our email list, or become a Chiro180 customer. It also explains what we do with that information, who we share it with, and how you can get it removed.

Who we are

This site is operated by Dr. Austin Cohen, publisher of the 7 Systems Playbook and founder of Chiro180, a software and training company serving chiropractic practice owners in the United States.

For any privacy question or request, email austin@correctivechiropractic.com.

What we collect

Information you give us directly

Information collected automatically

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your email address with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this business. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy governing how it handles that data.

ProviderWhat it doesWhat it receives
Netlify Hosts this website and processes form submissions Form contents, IP address, browser data
Mailchimp Sends and manages our email Name, email, campaign tags, email open and click activity
Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Advertising, measurement, and in-app lead forms Site activity via the Meta Pixel, and lead form submissions
Google Analytics Website traffic and behavior analytics Pseudonymous usage and device data
Apollo.io Identifies the business or organization a visitor is browsing from IP address and page activity
Stripe Processes payments and subscriptions Name, email, and payment details, handled by Stripe directly
Circle Runs our community platform Name, email, and any profile details you add

This list is current as of the effective date at the top of this page. We may add, replace, or remove providers as the business changes, and we will keep this section accurate when we do.

Legal requests and business transfers

We may disclose your information when we are required to by law, such as in response to a subpoena, court order, warrant, or other lawful request from a government authority or regulator. We may also disclose it where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to investigate suspected fraud, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our business, or the public.

Where the law allows it, we will try to notify you before disclosing your information in response to a legal request.

If this business is sold, merged, or reorganized, your information may transfer to the buyer or successor as part of that transaction, and this policy will continue to apply to it until the buyer gives you notice of a different one.

Advertising and tracking

We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. To measure whether those ads work, this site loads the Meta Pixel, which reports events such as a page view or a form submission back to Meta. That data can be linked to your Meta account, and Meta may use it for its own purposes under its own terms.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, and Apollo.io, which uses your IP address to estimate which company or practice a visitor is browsing from. Apollo identifies organizations rather than named individuals.

You can limit this:

Facebook and Instagram lead forms

If you submit one of our forms without leaving Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes your answers to us and we add you to our email list in Mailchimp so we can send the resource you requested and the follow-up series that comes with it.

That data is handled exactly as described in this policy. You can unsubscribe from every email at any time, and you can ask us to delete your record entirely.

Email

When you request a resource, you are added to our email list and receive an educational series about running a chiropractic practice, plus occasional offers for our own products.

Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. Unsubscribing stops all marketing email immediately. If you are a paying customer we may still send you necessary service messages, such as billing notices.

How long we keep it

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

Email austin@correctivechiropractic.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

If you are in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you these rights explicitly, along with the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Sharing site activity with Meta for advertising measurement may count as "sharing" under California law, and you can opt out of it using the controls in the Advertising and tracking section above, or by emailing us.

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to object to processing, to request that we restrict it, to data portability, and to complain to your national data protection authority. Our legal bases are your consent for marketing email, contract performance for customers, and legitimate interests for site security, analytics, and advertising measurement.

To be straightforward about it: this site does not currently show a cookie consent banner. The analytics and advertising technologies described above load when you open the page. You can block or remove them using the browser and platform controls in the Advertising and tracking section, and you can email us to ask that we delete any record we hold about you.

Children

This site is aimed at chiropractic practice owners and other professionals. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

Our site is served over HTTPS and our providers are established platforms with their own security programs. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do limit who can reach your data and why.

International visitors

We operate in the United States and our providers process data there. If you access this site from outside the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your own country.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be announced by email to our subscribers.
